Colleagues,

The difficulties associated with registration and scheduling of written examination time slots appear to have been resolved. Candidates should now be able to confirm exam dates and times with PSI. The PSI Candidate Information Bulletin can be found at: https://candidate.psiexams.com/bulletin/display_bulletin.jsp?ro=yes&actionname=83&bulletinid=766&bulletinurl=.pdf. Thank you for your patience!

Colleagues,

Thank you once again for your patience regarding the recent registration delays that we have encountered with the ABCN written examination window that is scheduled for May 2020. ABCN has been informed that the recent events surrounding COVID-19 have continued to disrupt PSI’s business processes worldwide, including  services provided to testing centers. ABCN is in close contact with the testing vendor and will notify candidates as soon as a solution becomes available. Please check this webpage often for further updates.

The recent COVID-19 outbreak has resulted in the temporary closure of many PSI test centers and, for many of you, this has delayed notification of when your exam sessions will take place. In light of these circumstances, ABCN has decided to offer a two-week extension to the next testing window (from 5/16/20 to 6/14/20) to ensure that those who have registered will be able to find an available slot to complete the exam. Please note that the extension of the exam window will delay the release of results until mid-July.

This is a dynamic period and additional updates may follow depending upon the situation in May and June. Thank you for your patience and flexibility during this challenging time.

Colleagues,

This message serves as an update regarding the upcoming ABCN written examination window that is presently scheduled for 5/16/20 to 5/31/20. ABCN has been notified that 44 PSI test centers have closed for an indeterminate period of time in the context of the recent escalation of COVID-19 cases within the United States and Canada. At this stage, it is uncertain whether the test centers will resume testing activities before the May 2020 test window. Candidates who have already registered for the May 2020 examination window can be assured that written examination fees can be applied to a later test window in the event that the examination is postponed. ABCN is closely monitoring the situation and will provide updated information as the testing window approaches.
